He wishes to voice his displeasure that, while some offending parties have been apprehended and punished, the airship known as The Stormherald remains at large.
That the dwarf, Captain Tarek and his band of marauders still elude our good justice is unacceptable. Frankly, that the black market trade of raw lighting is still infiltrating our Kingdom is doubling so. Tarek and those like him must be receiving aid from the locals that allows him to evade us.
The orders enclosed within this dispatch will give you the authority to do whatever is necessary to put an end to this dangerous and disabilising smuggling operation.
The time for half measures and mercy is behind us. The local populace must be made to understand that those that shelter fugitives will be punished, most severely.
Heed these words Commander; the Marshal’s patience grows thin and you do not want to fail him a second time. We will be watching.

Hi all!
I would like to introduce the third premium map this month on our theme of Storm.
I was always a fan of the movie Stardust, particularly the character Captain Shakespeare and his lighting catching crew. My own airship, The Stormherald draws inspiration from said film!
A few of you wonderful patrons have also reached out to me and asked about releasing assets such as weapons so their party can upgrade their ships over time.
With that in mind I have included said assets with this release :). Let me know what you think.
