Pregnancy Overhaul Mod - Little Miss Sam - I used it to make the pregnant belly more appropriately sized because EA sizes are ridiculous to me. Place the one in your mods folder that reads
"LittleMsSam_PregnancyOverhaul_NoHugeBelly_Small_SlightyBiggerBelly"
I made these poses with my sim in the 3rd trimester using this mod.
