Haven't done inverted nipples so I tried it on Lumera ^^
EDIT: Added Image 1 where I fixed the perspective a little bit and toned down the post processing effects.

While I'm not really a fan of inverted nipples, I gotta say, you made her look GORGEOUS. Great job man! Will never tire of the way you draw mature ladies.
