Ahhhh true, he did that to save him. As a rival, I'd be conflicted like dang bro, let me get hit with some needles lol. When you put it like that, poor Naruto lol. Though his form from rage turned me up, he couldn't really even scrap bro, and that's unfortunate.

That helps a lot, it makes me wonder if we'll see any other groups take Chunin exams in the future and if it'll be necessary. Love me some world building and cool characters :D Is it just me or it feels like these episodes are 12 mins long? lol

2025-05-27 17:39:31 +0000 UTC3rd hokage is just announcing the chunin exams, nothing else XD konoha (hidden leaf) is hosting it this time but it is kinda like the way big worldcups are done IRL, so it is hosted by a different major ninja village each time, and each village sends their promising genins to participate. It’s great that you can recognize the characters, it’ll save u sooo much time to notice other intricacies of their characters/abilities/clans, and of the world building instead cuz this show has a looottt of characters 😬 a lot of which we suddenly get introduced to in this arc itself!

2025-05-26 14:52:14 +0000 UTCI mean technically it was naruto who got in the way and was saved from haku by sasuke lol, sasuke wouldnt have taken the needles to his vital points if he wasnt carrying a passed out naruto around, and he did drive haku to a corner. Naruto on the other hand just went into a rage when sasuke was already presumed dead lol and even then he didnt finish off haku, haku just gave up 💀 but you’re right, while naruto is just mad rn cuz he feels “inferior” to sasuke, sasuke is more focused on the fact that he realizes now just how many ninja his age like haku are out there n much stronger than he is.. as we saw in land of waves, sasuke has possibly a much heavier reason for wanting to grow stronger than any of the others which is why he tends to be more “serious” and blunt
