the thing is, we don't really know what they would have done to Saebom at the military facility. sure they just took her blood here, but that was the minimum they could do and what she would probably be comfortable with, especially after her near kidnapping. tbh i didn't really think about the reasoning because if this hadn't have happened, we wouldn't have gotten the iconic scene of Yihyun sliding over the hood of the car gun in hand. that has been engrained in my brain ever since it aired!!!!

2025-05-16 23:07:36 +0000 UTCI was so mad too!!! Like you could have just asked but knowing them they wanted to take her out keep her for themselves. Better to have her out and keep getting what they want than having to go back all the time.(Realistically they would keep needing more blood to do tests) but it's a drama so they just be taking it one time lol.
