Catching up!

Yo Crew!

I hope everyone’s doing well! I wanted to share a quick update now that I’m back in Michigan. The drive home was an absolute mess... There were several delays leaving, causing me to panic and I had to leave so many things that I needed. I ran into post office issues, and even got a nail stuck in my tire and got stuck in Kentucky for 5 hours at 2 a.m.. It was quite the journey but I made it back. It's been two days since I arrived so I made sure to spend one day resting and the other day cleaning since I didn't get any sleep on that drive back.

Unfortunately, the room I’m set to stay in isn’t in great shape. It used to house my friend’s elderly cat, and the flooring is covered with cat pee. Since getting here, I've been busy cleaning and pulling up carpet in attempt to sort it out. I’m hoping that I can get this under control as soon as possible—especially because I don’t want to be dealing with inhaling ammonia 24/7 and I don't want Jasper trying to start marking territory. I'll make a video or something updating you guys formally once that issue is handled. (Taking tips, trying everything!)

If I can fix this situation, I’ll finally be able to unpack from the car and set up properly. If not, I might still be in limbo trying to arrange a more permanent place, as I’ve had to sleep in the basement for now.

On a positive note, I’ve taken some time to rewatch Game of Thrones when I'm not cleaning, and it’s just as exciting the second time around. After tonight’s episode, I’ll be right back to where I left off, and I’m super stoked to continue watching and seeing your thoughts. I also want to reassure you all: the schedule post from last week is still where I’ll start before sharing an updated one—just without “When the Phone Rings” included.
