Thank you so much! I cannot WAIT for this season - it’s going to be so much fun! And yessss, I knew I was going to wear that shirt to start us off! Maximum is such a great read - I can’t wait to be bringing it out for this season. And yes, the new flavor of the season is so fun; I cannot wait to see where this “version” decides to go! Thank you for offering to share links! I cannot wait to get it! I do love Zazie so much! And yessss, “There’s no exit to that maze” - that line made my heart just so much heavier! What a line, indeed! And yeah, interesting with a parallel with Meryl and Knives, and they both love Vash, sooooooo hahaha! Yeah, I’m curious to see how the ships coming in and offering to pick everyone else and how that’s going to go down in this version. Hoppered was NOT expected in this first episode or to have this storyline, so WILD! I hope it’s genuine care, too, but man, the “making of a possible rocket” in the warehouse makes me nervous. But yeah, I felt for him so much in this episode! Yay! Thank you so much for the comment and oooohhh, I have a feeling it’s going to be a fun spoiler corner this season, too! 😀

And the Vash t-shirt! 🥰 I'd been rewatching some of your Trigun reactions since Maximum ones ended and this made the wait so easy. As expected, loving the slightly different flavour of discussion with so many versions of Trigun providing so much additional context and being able to highlight your own preferences. Also, thank you for the little views of the manga, provides good reminders of some awesome panels. Yes, absolutely agreed, the soundtrack is stunning already. I will share links once they start becoming available. Love that we got to see Zazie so soon! 🥰 They also provided my favourite conversation in this episode (with Meryl). “There’s no exit to that maze” – what a line. And drawing a parallel between Meryl and Knives there was really interesting. We’ve talked before about how the different versions highlight different aspects within the themes of environmentalism, so I am wondering whether the displacement of people will be a significant focus for Stargaze. The Hoppered the Gauntlet scene made me cry again on rewatch… 😭 Selfishly, I don’t want him to be playing the long game, I hope this is just genuine care. “They're all nice people. They're happy to sell me milk.” 😭 Did not expect to pick up Gauntlet as a bean in just a few minutes of this episode. Looking forward to the next episode and spoiler corner! ❤️
