We continue our Januyaoi entries for the year, with this wholesome "opposites attract" story that LITERALLY needs a live action adaptation, please! A down on his luck composer comes back to his hometown to "recharge," when he finds a country grocer who somehow knows who he is...and is VERY excited he's 'back home.' These two don't seem to have much in common...but oh, this story has a few surprises for us!

Thank you so much for the comment and the kind words! This was a fun gamble on a title recommended -- Osamu was a fun blend of needy delinquent, but a soft-hearted guy as well. And Kiri's fashionnnn -- definitely gave "rich city boy" vibes! Ahhh, you know, until yaoi, I did not understand the loose shirt over black turtleneck appeal, but I see the vision now! Look, any time you give me a black and white yaoi clothing symbolic moment, I fall for it hook, line, and sinker. I'm glad Kiri was able to learn as well - exactly! He thought he could run away from how people were treating him, but then realized that how HE was acting was causing some things -- the common denominator...was ME?! Hahaha! *shocked Pikachu face* This was a fun volume that definitely fit the weather for this month! Next week is going to be....interesting! XD Thank you for the comment!!

This was a great little discovery, hadn’t heard of it before. 🥰 Loved Osamu being that blend of sweet, a little needy and a little bit of a delinquent still. I especially adored Kiri’s fashion! All those beautiful coats and sweaters and scarves. And especially my one true weakness: loose shirt tucked in over black turtleneck… 😆 ‘Aww, one of them has white socks and the other black socks’ 🤣 And I liked the way it addressed the fact that while Kiri thought he was escaping his problems, he couldn’t escape the way his attitude, and the way he treated people, affected things. Fortunately, was able to learn some. This was another beautiful little volume! 🥰 Cannot wait for the next entry! 🌈
