I've been really into the fitness game in the last 5-6 months but a lengthy vacation has messed up my usual routine, a routine I've been very strict with. After returning, it has now been 10 days since I've last worked out. Falling back into my work schedule has left me busy, but I've also realized I miss the excitement of gaining. The first few days back were unintentional fattening days, with catching up on sleep and opting for greasy, convenient meals. I must admit though, these last five days have been intentional (2 visits to same pizza buffet in 4 day span). What can I say? I'm happy to be pinching my belly again, I'm already noticing the slightest wobble when walking or driving over a bump. My tone is already disappearing on my sides, a tone many would envy, but the damage has already started π·π
