Select Rosemary Winters preset's in the LooksMenu
To get her CAP enter in the console "Help Rosemary 0" - to see ARMOR ID
scroll the text if necessary
then add the clothes to your inventory - "Player.additem __ID__ 1"
If you want to replace the face of a follower with the face of Rose, tell me about it I will do it for you

"her back hair is gone" it's because you're probably using Rusty Face Fix mod or similar. Deactivate it and check About skincolor, I do not know how to solve this problem. that's why I put the necklace
