It’s an action packed anime with great animation, funny and well developed characters , along with a simple story that gets told well

2024-06-12 05:50:36 +0000 UTCAs far as I know it does rain very often in the village from a natural storm. I believe Pain just uses this to his advantage by using a rain jutsu to keep track of everyone in the village, and no one suspects anything because they are used to all of the rain already.

2024-06-12 05:40:08 +0000 UTCI find this interesting. I thought it was said before and after (by Konan) that the Hidden Rain Village was a land where it always naturally rained and wept. I believe it was mentioned during the Second Great Ninja War filler w/ Hanzo and the episodes we saw, and even after these. But now it’s giving that Pain has the jutsu that controls the rain…. 🤔🤔🤔 does anyone have any insight on this?
