I think Mason is a great character but…. Let’s not forget what he did to our other characters including Tyler. He wasn’t there for his nephew! He was there because his hot booty call Katherine set him up and wanted the moonstone and he prioritized her! He coulda been there before.. he wasn’t. Katherine is the reason the Wolfie curse hit him and Tyler and Caroline being vampy/murdered too was all Petrova 🤨 They need to mad at her first. Stephan should have told Tyler that his Uncle who suddenly cared over a moonstone rock (not his family… didn’t show up earlier when his brother died) he showed up when Miss Thang said “go fetch! Good boy.” Lmao He was a great character and I wish we had more time with him, seriously love that actor. But let’s not act like he was selfless lookin out for baby boy nephew. He wanted that stone. Plus Damon was avenging someone who almost killed his bro and him. Yes he was a problem with his silver knife from Jenna lol but still, he saw how controlled he was by Katherine and from personal experience knew it was too much work to deprogram him. lol Ok done with my rambling! Love this season and next so much!! And y’all’s reactions are one of my favorites EVER!! Thank you for being real and having fun with this. Can’t wait to see what y’all think about the future plot lines 🥰😍 love it!!
