Added 2023-08-23 22:42:14 +0000 UTCIt doesn't get much better than spending a couple of days at Wynn Resort! The day started with a relaxing massage and afternoon at the Spa. They create such a comfortable and soothing experience to enjoy all the amenities. I think the deluge shower and himalayan salt heated lounge chair are my favorites. I always feel like any stress I may be having goes right out the window. ๐
Afterwards, time to get dressed up because a show was on the agenda ~Awakenings, a dazzling spectacle at the theater inside the Wynn. It takes place on a 60-foot, 360-degree prismatic stage and is narrated by Anthony Hopkins. The sights and sounds of the show were incredible. I would go see it again as there was so much to admire... the stage production, costumes and music.
After a feast for my senses, it was time to have a feast for my tummy ๐ค Sitting at the Parasol Bar waiting to be seated, I enjoyed a favorite Redbreast 12 Irish whiskey. Dinner was at Lakeside next door, which never disappoints. I ordered their popular Big Glory Bay King Salmon and Truffle fries. It was truly delicious! What an amazing little escape. I'm so thankful to live in such a fun city and get to enjoy it with special friends. ๐
