I've been trying to adopt the mindset of at least getting small things done when I don't feel like doing "milestones"(?). Like how people will at least make their bed so that way they've done something productive with their day. I've been progressing more slowly than I would like in my certain classes but I'll have days where I'll make sure to get at least one assignment or reading done bc that'd mean at least my progress isn't standing still.
