Character Creation Update - Females

Females are now in the character creation tool, along with some other additions and changes to the main tools.
Changelog:
- Females of all species have been added
- Body types for females (Normal and Skinny are the same for now)
- Breast size slider
- Undo and Redo (Ctrl + Z/Y) limit extended to 10
- Hair types now fit all species/sexes better
- Eyes now randomly move around
- Framerate limited to the monitors refresh rate (will be an option to toggle this in the main game)
- Internals (Anus/Vagina) can now be colored to your liking
- More Piercings (Tongue piercings work, but the characters mouths don't open yet)
- Eye Sclera (whites of the eye) can be custom colors
- Protogen masks fit better
- Full arm/forearm/calves/legs options work for cybernetics
Since you all probably want some more content rather than just a character creator, I'll start working on getting these custom characters into the animation gallery (the apartment level) and work on high quality animations next, which should hopefully only take about 2 weeks.
The update after that will have some options for multiple brush layers and glow effects, more options for characters (like tails), and some poses (mouth open, leg up, etc).
