October Notes

Time goes by faster as you get older. Or that's the feeling I get.
I remember at the beginning of the year I was moving and now we are 2 months away from the end of the year. Fortunately, it has been a very productive month.

This month I was able to get more caught up with all the commissions from last month, there are still a few more to finish, but every day I am getting closer to catching up with all those pending commissions.



The thing I did the most this month was to draw things for my networks, with that September I didn't publish almost anything, I wanted to take the opportunity to make several horror themed illustrations based on the illustrations of “ghotic horror” by Tatsuya Morino and a little bit on the covers of old pulp magazines.

I was quite happy to have finished the whole collection, so to speak. Some extra information with the illustrations is to put the inspirations for these ideas.

1- The girl of the corn (children of the corn by sthepen king/ The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight from goosebumbs)

2- The pass of the dolls (There is no specific story, just the idea of cursed dolls myths)

3- Terror in the skies of gensokyo (it is a parody of the twilight zone episode Nightmare at 20000 Feet)

4- The Night of the Doppelganger (It is based mainly on the fear of mirrors and the fear of some kind of entity taking our place)

5- The Snake Cult (The Lair of the white worm by Brams Stocker/ Suspiria)

6- The War against Space Suwas (War of the Worlds by HG Wells/ Mars attacks)

About Volt N Blade, for my part I haven't done anything very flashy, mostly it's been ideas for the game UI and the analysis and planning of the project.

We will start doing public stuff from spring or summer 2025.

And about the monster girls comic, unfortunately I haven't been able to continue it, I hope to make some progress this November.
