I had many requests to have a 5 senses metho remake, so i thought i would deliver while adding a twist-
As usual, we relax completely before sinking down into transe and letting a bubble of energy form around us
We then say goodbye to our dr and transport ourselves into our intended reality using our senses
we affirm until we shift
I apologize if I seemed slower than usual, I was very tired and looking for my words sometimes π

Listened to this last night. I felt soooo relaxed . I didnβt shift , but this is the first time that I have dreamed about my s/o and was able to see him so clearly
