February Reward for patreon Leaf!
Feat. their Lucario OC, Riley riding Gin the garchomp boi.
- 1- Early sketch: Drew both characters in their respective layers with different colors trying to figure out the right pose, limbs, and sizes.
- 2- Final sketch: Tweaked several things from the original sketch (mostly gin at the bottom)
- 3- Lineart: Then add all the clean detailed lines and eliminate all the overlaps
- 4- Flat colors: Then fill in all the lineart with the proper flat colors
- 5- Gradients: Now comes the lighter and darker gradients to all the colors added.
- 6- Shading: After that I go with shadows and highlights.
- 7- Lighting Effects: Then comes the glowing and light reflection effects, etc.
- 8- Env. shadows: And finally, I added the environmental shadows.
