Poll #450 - Player options for Ashes & Anarchy (plus insights to my content-creation process)

A few days ago, I created a poll to see what sort of content you want for the month of September. Once the poll ended, I took the data and turned it into a d100 table. Here's what the content looks like:
01–22: Fantasy Adventures
23–34: Just Passing Through for Fantasy
35–43: Fantasy Monsters
44–51: Fantasy Character Options
52–59: Sci-fi Adventures
60–66: Fantasy Rules Supplements
67–73: Post-Apocalyptic Adventures
74–78: Sci-fi Monsters
79–82: Sci-fi Rules Supplements
83–86: Post-Apocalyptic Monsters
87–89: Post-Apocalyptic Rules Supplements
90–92: Post-Apocalyptic Character Options
93–95: Sci-Fi Character Options
96–97: Just Passing Through for Sci-fi
98–00: Just Passing Through for Post-Apocalyptic
So far, I've been working from this list. This is why we had a post-apocalyptic adventure recently (rolled 72), fantasy monsters (rolled 36), and next we have post-apocalyptic character options (rolled a 91).
Post-Apocalyptic Character Options
I just need all of your help telling me what sort of character options you want. Below, I've given a few different options. Pick the ones that you like best and we'll go from there. The top choice will get made first. The rest I'll reserve for later when I roll PA character options again.

I think a players guide where you flesh out the setting, some character options and where the players fit in, while also leaving room for customization, would be a great addition 💪🏻
