It's only thanks to some clever lighting tricks and VFX in post that the Beast looks so fit and trim in the documentary, but I have it from some reputable sources that the reason he was replaced by a human stunt double in the last few minutes of the film is because he weighed so much by that point they couldn't actually fit him through the studio doors. Wild!
