One of the seven stars of the Blackleaf Confederacy, Tamor is home a curiously high number of sorcerers, hence its eyebrow-raising honorific prefix. Like many of the city-states, Tamor keeps to itself. Mostly, because it's busy warding off the periodic attack from the Mad Solar, Temlakos.
As before, I'll refer to the DMG to come up with random facts about Tamor:
Race Relations: 16 - The racial majority are conquerers.
Ruler's Status: 7 - The ruler is a feared tyrant.
