Halloween 2021 - Poodle skirt Ariel
Added 2021-11-03 05:45:35 +0000 UTCFor Halloween this year, I was a poodle skirt princess with two other friends. Poodle skirts - you know? The big ol' 50s skirts with a dog on a winding leash? They came in many designs.
I really like this first shot with Ariel showing off her newfound leggies. Thinking I might use it as a ref for a fun merch project, since it's not high enough quality for prints. Hmmm.
Auragale was Cinderella with a mouse and thread design on her skirt, and our friend was Elsa with a snowflake skirt. (The third girl does not promote herself as a cosplayer, so I don't feel comfortable sharing our group photos here)

Not in full cosplay - there was pretty gross lighting in there, and these photos had to be heavily filtered as it was haha. But I do have a twirl video in the skirt when it was still super long! Planning on uploading it... somewhere.
