This design was drawn in a pair with Doll Raiden, she made a similar pose and has identical details in the costumes. It would be great if the fabrics of the suits were matched.
Bodysuits, gloves, bows - leatherette, satin, jacquard, latex, etc. It seems to me that a large number of different types of fabrics will look great here.
Belts - leatherette (matte or glossy), latex.
Tights can be thick white or in a mesh pattern.
Sakura flowers on a skirt and tights can be like patches, a pattern, an imitation of real flowers, etc.
