I wanted this design to be airy and delicate. I added a long skirt and opened the shoulders (in comparing to the old work).
I also left the tiara (I don’t know how to call it haha), because this is a distinctive piece of the character, but I tried to make it more elegantly, so that it looks less like armor.

1. For white details - bodysuit, skirt, you can use one type of fabric or mix. I even found a fabric with a fleur-de-lis pattern - just perfect, haha. You can choose matte textures or glossy.

2. On the art you may see a lot of shine in purple details, but if you wish, you can use matte textures, they will also look very nice.

3. I took the fleur-de-lis as the basis for the patterns. These details can be crafted or, for example, made of beads or with the addition of stones or pearls (as in the pictures in the collage)
