FOCUS - Focus on going deeper - this is a multi-voice dual induction and there is no transcript. Try to focus on just one track for as long as you can, remembering as much of it as you can.

TASK - When you are done listening, rate how submissive you feel on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most submissive, then play with yourself to one edge in a session that lasts as long as you rated your submissiveness. Remember, no orgasms!

WORD - After listening choose a verb that characterizes the effort you put into trying to remember what you heard.
