FOCUS - While you do today's task, focus on what you've learned about submission from listening to Dark Side Submission. If you can't remember what you listened to, then focus on what you think it means to be submissive to me, or the person to whom you are regularly submissive.

TASK - After listening, get naked and spend 10 minutes touching your body everywhere BUT your erogenous zones, reflecting on how good that can feel, and how submissive it makes you to obey. You may find that certain areas of your body that you do not usually include in your erogenous zones start to become extraordinarily sensitive - when this happens ignore those areas as well any time in the future that you are given this challenge. Remember, absolutely no orgasms!

WORD - Identify a place on your body that turned out to be a "new" erogenous zone, or that you think might become a "new" erogenous zone in the future.
