In this file I encourage your dormant or disinterested parts to pay attention to the things you need to accomplish and to help that happen by participating equally as you do the things you need to do.
This is a recording from a video, and makes visual references to seeing my hand holding a crystal and how the light plays along the crystal's facets. If your eyes are open at that time, you can find that you will easily find something to replace those images, whether it be something in your room or the video that accompanies this audio.
