This file is mainly about building you up and helping you to feel unlimited and liberated from ideas that may be holding you down as your mind goes blank and your thoughts disappear.
This file also contains a small physical suggestion of an action you can do later to bring you back to a blank, peaceful, and safe feeling space, if you so desire and it is safe and appropriate to do so.
