[Progress Report] Zapter Swallowing Motion Complete & Partial Predation Motion Complete

Here’s a progress update:


1. Swallowing Motion Complete

When not electrified, Zapter will assume a hunting pose when approaching its prey, then leap forward and gulp them down in one bite.

If you don’t manage to escape in time...

2. Zapter Predation Motion

Warning: Contains gore — viewer discretion advised

When electrified, Zapter charges forward like lightning, stunning enemies on impact and then voraciously devouring them.

If you're being eaten in this state, the scent of blood will attract nearby allies, increasing the damage you take as they join in.

Zapter's charge can also electrocute Croc employees, who will likewise be eaten.

(I really love enemies that devour in groups, so I went ahead and implemented it — but it’s been a bug-fest ever since. I’ve fixed about 80% of the issues, but the remaining bugs are proving tough to squash…)


Though not implemented yet, if no allies are nearby, Zapter will switch to a powerful binding attack instead.

Bug fixes for Zapter (It's playable, but still too buggy, so more adjustments are needed)


Minimap feature (for Junkfall and Basil’s Atelier)

Thanks to the work on Lehner’s Snack Time, I’ve gained a lot more insight, so I’m ready to take on some more complex systems.
