Disheartened by his less-than-mediocre manhood, "John Doe" receives an advertising packet promising massive improvements in size and virility with no surgery required. After an initial, very distracting consultation, Dr. Candy uses her mouthwatering persuasive skills to lure him into signing a contract for her secret treatment program, essentially committing himself as her lab rat. Locked in her underground laboratory until the transformation is complete, he has quite a twisted journey ahead of him! (And with Slutwriter's devious mind influencing Dr. Candy's treatment plan, you can bet it's going to be a very wild ride...)
