ATTENTION

This is your notice that my patreon support Tiers are changing as of October first. all previous rewards will be honored through the end of September however starting October First if you have not adjusted your patreon tier then you may not be eligible for rewards until it is adjusted. 

After listening to you guys and getting some external feedback i did decide to go with the discounted story option for the $10 and $25 tier. Part of me hopes it will still be good value for you all, and honestly also encourage people to get shorter stories that can help give me practice writing things other than mini novels, haha. 

Other than that, not a WHOLE lot has changed. The $5 tier now also gives you access to early commission slots so if you want first shot as a story commission that tier will also give that to you as well.

The big change is the removal of the $2 tier. basically, It has been upgraded to the new $3 tier. It offers the same benefits as before, but has the price increased slightly. I feel that I've been throwing a lot more small time content on Patreon and that it's worth that extra dollar to see an extra 2-3 stories each month no one else gets to see for a long time. Though i do EVENTUALLY plan to post some of that stuff publicly, it won't be until like 2+ years afterwards. So unless you don't mind waiting 2+ years to see it, that's still your best bet to see all of my story content as it's released. 

I had toyed around with making the exclusive stories part of the $5 tier but i feel at this time that is a tiny bit too steep. if i had a bit more content i was consistently releasing i'd feel better about that but for now I don't feel I'm offering enough exclusive content for that to be justifiable. 

One thing i Had played around with was the idea of the $5 tier getting the exclusive content early, but I haven't figured out a simple way to do that without creating way more work for myself so I don't think I can justify that at this time either. 

Also I'll probably be updating how i do my commissions a little bit ot make it easier for people to take advantage of their rewards. Most likely I'll have a "public" and a "private"commission queue and anyone on the early access list can submit requests to the private queue at more frequent intervals when i feel like i can take on more rather than only opening once, like, every 6 months after going through a huge public queue. 

Also, for the record, your discount for the $10 and $25 is based on when you request the commission not when i actually get to it. So say i get hit by a bus and cant write for 6 months if you aren't a patron anymore when i get around to your story but requested it when you were then you still get your discount. I'm going to be trusting for now and trust that no one is going to try to spot when i open for commissions and snipe a patron slot for one month just to get a discount on the story.

Also! anyone that has outstanding Dragon Dollars and does not currently have an outstanding commission slot or reward story reserved I will be reaching out to you when i can to discuss what I can do to make sure you get something back for those rewards. I'm not gonna leave anyone high and dry with nothing even if you only had 1 or 2 dragon dollars accumulated. I'll make sure to take care of you all even if I can't do it right away.

So the big takeaway here is all of you current patrons please review the new tiers and make sure you're on the level you want to be. Especially everyone on the $2 tier you need to upgrade to the $3 tier or higher to maintain all the benefits you already get, as the $2 tier will no longer be valid as of October 1st.
