Small update and minor change to Tiers

Just wanted to give you a small heads up so there was no confusion. I did a bit of cleanup on my rewards tiers: mainly removing the "voting on Story Polls" perk. I haven't quite gotten to the point to start working on the stories i was planning on running those polls yet so i wanted to be a bit more transparent about that. Also, it was a perk on every tier so when I do get to those stories I'll just make the polls patreon wide. so everyone will still be able to vote on them, but this way theres a bit less clutter on my Tier rewards info.
