I don't often draw pillory scenes and admittedly, it took a while for me to finish this one (the first WIP for this drawing was november 24th), but I'm slowly adding more Samira in my galleries since she's somewhat Shuriman too.
Well... She's from all kinds of places if you read her lore (born in Shurima, raised in Noxus and I believe she has ties with Bilgewater, but I might be reading too much there).
