Personality: Known all over Oddwind for his loud laughter and aggressive personality, Billy has a taste for making those around him uncomfortable by constantly asserting his dominance. He is very emotionally driven and prone to violent mood swings, a twisted result of his sensitive nature. He’s known to be very prejudiced towards outsiders and mutts (even thought he’s also mixed) and those he sees as weaker than himself. Billy has a very sadistic side and enjoys humiliating those he doesn’t respect, often using brute force. He likes bragging about his courage, but anything occult and unknown scares the life out of him, and he’s very superstitious. He’s deeply loyal to those he cares about, especially to Baltazar. He is dependable, has a pack mentality and a hard time thinking and acting on his own. He always follows through on his word and promises, for the better or worse. 

Background: Born in a big family deep in the farmlands around Oddwind, Billy was the oldest of his 6 siblings. His mother always thought he was weak and sensible, causing Billy to desperately want to prove himself and please her. She eventually remarried, and his new stepbrother (older) and stepfather shook his perfect world. They would bully him incessantly and make him feel helpless. The bitterness, humiliation and anger grew with him, until one day he grew stronger than both. After a huge fight broke between them, Billy managed to bring both down. He packed his bags and left to live in the town of Oddwind, where he met and befriended Baltazar.

Relations: Works for Baltazar and is deeply loyal to him. Chase’s partner. Has a good relationship with Warren. Has a particular hatred towards Steban. 

Trivia: 

- He is excellent at knitting and sewing, but is mortified of someone finding out about his hobby.
