To start, I finished the linework and colors for the commercial that will play during Maddie’s first afternoon segment. Since there will probably be more graphics to create for her segment (maybe something related to her favorite TV show?), it’s good to tackle them progressively. That way, the workload doesn’t get overwhelming. As always, it’s a real pleasure to work on Vaabs’ sketches, their style is so lively and fun! I also did two sketches for what should be (at least for now) the last backgrounds for the school: the cafeteria! Even with some 3D help, these took forever, and I’m in no rush to line and color them. Next week, I’ll be back to working in the game engine!
