FM23/FM24 98/99 Database Mod Package

Happy Sunday everyone,

I'm finally in a position to release the fully updated mod package for the FM23 98/99 MadScientist database. Thanks again to Mad for allowing me to use his database for the mod package.

That said, feel free to report any issues, and I'll try and fix them moving forward for future updates. Please refer to this post for known issues before reporting.

Playable Leagues in FM24 Day 1 saves:
England (Top 4 divisions)
France (Top)
Germany (Top)
Italy (Top 2)
Netherlands (Top)
Portugal (Top)
Scotland (Top)
Spain (Top)
Turkey (Top)
Sweden (Top)
Poland (Top)
Argentina (Top)
Brazil (Top)
Denmark (Top)

To use any other league setup, you will need to create your own custom save using the FM23 files.

Key Things to note
The base database is for FM23 and should be loaded with 2300. If you wish to create your own custom save, I have included the base database and the regen files.

All save game files come with the regens preloaded
Regens don't spawn until the first youth intake so regen faces won't work until then

This package includes:
Regens that will come through in youth intakes as you progress in your save.

The regen mod has 3 options:
Regens Fixed PA - PA of a fixed number based on previous FMs
Regens Variable PA - PA is a range based on the fixed PA number. e.g. 199 PA = -10
Regens Random PA - PA is allocated at random

Retro logos
Retro 3D and 2D kits for a couple of the major leagues
Stadium pictures
Day 1 save game files for each regen mod variant
Filter and Views for Regen v6 Facepack use
