Since my request list has reached an astronomical 60+ request, I worry that the waiting list can stretch as long as 6 months, which honestly is not ideal at all. From this, would it be possible to have only months to just post requests?

No worries I try my best to take care of myself. Hopefully if this system works then I'll only rely on requests which helps reduce my workload on the thought process.
