Overlay is full body also but it's easier to add makeup and other skin details to the overlay skin from what I read. For instance, if you want to use it on a different character the skin overlay is more compatible.

There are ZERO realistic ones out there, and yours are the only skins I'll use on my Sims anyway. Dying to have my townies walking around like they're not cartoon characters! Thank you if possible! :)
