I was completely sucked into the book The Knight and the Moth, so I HAD to do some art of Number Six. I feel like the book is so wonderful and paints dark and yet beautiful imagery. I wanted some of that to come across in this piece.
The water in this piece was kept quite simple. I wanted it to feel smooth and almost like a dark void. After painting other water that was a little more beautiful and had more ripples, I kind of had to pull myself back from painting too many details.

Beautiful! Made me think of an old movie with 3 precognitives who saw crimes before it happened. The Twins and Agatha their older sister. They also were in water too.
