December 2025 Preview

December is fast approaching, so it’s time for a new preview! For the December package we will be bringing you some single player goodies. Let’s check it out.

Embers (Featured Wallet Game)

1 Player

The heroes' meager campfire sputters. Hungry beasts stalk the edges of the light, waiting for their feast. In the nightmarish darkness, the safety of dawn seems impossibly far away.

Embers is a solo-only game of survival. Use your heroes to defend against waves of encroaching monsters and keep your campfire lit. Your band of heroes huddles around the dying fire. Use each hero's unique strengths and movements to defend the fire from attack and prepare for the next onslaught. As long as the fire lives, so do they.

Embers: The New Guard (Expansion to Embers)

1 Player

Drawn by the sound of battle, a rescue party bursts from the surrounding forest. Inspire them to join the fight against the vicious monsters!

Embers: The New Guard introduces three new heroes with unique maneuvers and special abilities. These heroes can be used in the base game or as part of the expansion.

The expansion keeps all the gameplay from the base game, and also introduces a new mechanic, where two upgraded heroes are placed into the tent during setup as Reserve Heroes. Each Reserve Hero is given a Reinforcement Requirement from one of the three Reinforcement Cards (12 possible requirements in total). When the player meets a given requirement, that Reserve Hero becomes available to deploy into camp to strengthen the party. Based on the chosen difficulty level, a certain number of requirements must be met to win the game, as well as surviving until dawn without losing all Fire Cards.

Adventurous: Grand Expeditions (Expansion to Adventurous)

1 Player

Scientists must always let their curiosity lead. Explore new scientific phenomena and uncover the factual truth behind old legends!

Add remarkable new marvels to discover and a new ship with unique journey effects in this 6-card expansion. Replace marvels from the base game with scientific discoveries from uncharted frontiers, or add them in directly for an epic journey!
