December 2025 Preview
December is fast approaching, so it’s time for a new preview! For the December package we will be bringing you some single player goodies. Let’s check it out.
Embers (Featured Wallet Game)
1 Player
The heroes' meager campfire sputters. Hungry beasts stalk the edges of the light, waiting for their feast. In the nightmarish darkness, the safety of dawn seems impossibly far away.
Embers is a solo-only game of survival. Use your heroes to defend against waves of encroaching monsters and keep your campfire lit. Your band of heroes huddles around the dying fire. Use each hero's unique strengths and movements to defend the fire from attack and prepare for the next onslaught. As long as the fire lives, so do they.
Embers: The New Guard (Expansion to Embers)
1 Player
Drawn by the sound of battle, a rescue party bursts from the surrounding forest. Inspire them to join the fight against the vicious monsters!
Embers: The New Guard introduces three new heroes with unique maneuvers and special abilities. These heroes can be used in the base game or as part of the expansion.
The expansion keeps all the gameplay from the base game, and also introduces a new mechanic, where two upgraded heroes are placed into the tent during setup as Reserve Heroes. Each Reserve Hero is given a Reinforcement Requirement from one of the three Reinforcement Cards (12 possible requirements in total). When the player meets a given requirement, that Reserve Hero becomes available to deploy into camp to strengthen the party. Based on the chosen difficulty level, a certain number of requirements must be met to win the game, as well as surviving until dawn without losing all Fire Cards.
Adventurous: Grand Expeditions (Expansion to Adventurous)
1 Player
Scientists must always let their curiosity lead. Explore new scientific phenomena and uncover the factual truth behind old legends!
Add remarkable new marvels to discover and a new ship with unique journey effects in this 6-card expansion. Replace marvels from the base game with scientific discoveries from uncharted frontiers, or add them in directly for an epic journey!

This campaign starts with 3 games we have repeatedly been asked to restock by our fans: Cortica (2 player), The Maiden in the Forest (1 Player), and Why I Otter (2 player)
We simply could not reprint Why I Otter without offering its sequel, An Otter Won (2 player), and we are also launching a brand new standalone game in the Otterverse, Otter Chaos (2 player).

Cork (Cortiça, in Portuguese. /kuɾˈti.sɐ/) can be used to make a variety of products and Portugal is the world's largest producer of cork. Cork Oak trees take 25-30 years to mature, and their bark is extracted every 9 years. Play as competing farmers, aiming to harvest the most corks.
Cortiça is a 2 player miniature worker placement game about cork!
Long ago, a maiden mage was trapped in an enchanted forest ring. Through her cunning, and with the help of four magic objects, she attempts to escape her fate.
The Maiden in the Forest is an 18-card solitaire game.
Who will recruit the best Otters to their den?
Why I Otter is a 2 player open drafting, trick-taking game with a rock-paper-scissors style mechanic.
It's not easy making a cool otter den. You'll want to influence the best otters to hang out in yours. And often you’ll get to decide which otter goes where. Do you want this otter? Or an otter won?
An Otter Won is a 2 player open drafting, trick-taking game. It is the spiritual sequel to Why I Otter, taking everything up a notch (including the ridiculous otters).
A terrible storm has destroyed the otter den, and the fractious otters can’t agree on a new home. Convince the other otters that your favorite environment is the best choice to avoid otter chaos!

Battlecrest is a pocket-sized tactical skirmish game that allows you to take a satisfyingly strategic conflict wherever you go!
This Kickstarter campaign brings back all of the existing heroes and maps, and introduces two new elements to the game.... an all new Overlord Co-Op game where you can battle 1-4 players against a big evil boss, and a whole new set of heroes and map set in the Deadrock Base Game, a dusty landscape with a storm that moves through the center, posing a new environmental risk to the heroes. The all-new Deadrock map is as dangerous a place as the Neververse has ever seen. This rocky desert offers plenty of opportunities for clever heroes to rain damage on their foes, but the twin storms at its center can bring down even the toughest warrior all by themselves. Don’t get caught in their path or you might not ever get out.
The Eterna Overlord Set expansion contains 18 cards. It introduces a new 6-card map (playable in any game mode) and 12 cards for Eterna. This expansion creates a larger, multi-stage cooperative boss battle for 1–4 players, and was designed to be a much more streamlined experience than Imperator (quicker turns, less of a simulation). Eterna feels like a proper boss as well, unleashing round-altering effects, heavy hitting area-of-effect attacks, and structures that cover landmarks which must be destroyed to progress.

Each turn, spawn new monsters to face. Spend each hero’s action points to move them around the campfire, defend against monsters, upgrade their abilities, support each other, and forage for material to keep the fire going.
After the heroes act, the monsters strike: damage the nearest hero or even the fire itself.
When the night card appears, time passes. Survive four hours until dawn without the fire being extinguished to win!

Hey everyone, I know we had a post earlier today but I wanted to post a quick second one as we’ve seen a handful of similar questions about the status of everything. And I’m sorry that the
- May has shipped to US already. If you are in US and haven’t received that please email buttonshyhelp@gmail.com.
- June and July US are shipping now (together in one package). They started going out today and should be heading out for the next few days.
- August is next and should be shipping to US in the next few weeks. I think everything we need is here or just about here, so we should be good to go shortly after June and July.
If you are not in the US, I have some general, less specific info (only because the international team is already asleep).
- UK usually runs about 3-4 weeks behind US with the time it takes to get there. I’m not sure if May made it out yet, but June/July are starting to head to the UK office now.
- INT dual shipments are May/June and they should be heading out now. July/August will be heading out in a few weeks.
Then we’re onto September, and it’s looking REAL PROMISING to be shipping out in the same month for a bit. We got delayed with the tariffs for a bit and we’re at the end of it for a while thankfully. Thanks for hanging in there through this, and we hope you enjoy the stuff that’s heading out now.

Converge: Bastions of Tradition includes the fiery Orators, shrewd Stewards, and ponderous Ascetics. Orators use their rhetoric to Unify the various factions around a common cause, sacrificing a goal for an immediate effect. The Stewards may Promise many things, allowing them to trade future considerations to their opponents for an immediate boost to their faction. The Ascetics seek to Enlighten others, simplifying the goals at hand to provide focus and clarity to one faction.
Converge: Keepers of Order (Expansion to Converge)

The officious Directors that oversee the details of daily life on Malvios are bound by rigid plans and archaic regulations. Can you utilize these calculating administrators to achieve your goals?
Keepers of Order is a solo expansion for Converge which works with any combination of skillsets. With only 5 turns to play, it’s a race to achieve goals and earn stars before time runs out! On every turn, one of the opponent’s cards will be revealed, serving as both one of their faction members and a shared goal. Play 2 cards each turn to counter their steady advance to victory.
Aqua ROVE: Risky Reefs (Expansion to Aqua ROVE)
1 Player
A flourishing coral reef holds a bounty of new experiences for an intrepid ROVE, though navigating its obstacles requires careful planning.
This 6-card Mission Pack expansion for Aqua ROVE takes players through a coral reef. However, movement is much more limited, forcing playing to work around the reef’s restrictions. For a greater challenge, activate Endurance Mode and push yourself to complete 12 full missions!

All of Athens has turned out for the Dionysia, a grand theatrical festival to honor the god Dionysus. Impress the crowds with your well-crafted drama to win the playwriting competition as well as the favor of the gods!
Draft and craft a better drama than your opponent to secure the favor of the gods at this year’s Dionysia. As you take a scene from the central stage and add it to your developing play, you’ll need to decide whether to start a new act (to a max of 3) or add it to the top/bottom of an existing act. Create specific scoring patterns of dramatic elements through careful arrangement of your scenes while taking advantage of powerful effects available through each act’s key (topmost) scene. After each play has 3 acts of 3 scenes each, players score each act based on its key scene and pattern. Whoever has the most points is favored by the gods and wins the playwriting competition!
