Finally.... The Final Light-Year (plus some news)

Package Status

We shipped a ton of packages this week. You'll see the March Packages likely arrive first, then the Light-Year starter kits arrive second. $20+ level will get them together in one package. Some of this may be arriving already. We expect to have just a few days left of shipping, but guess what? All of March will be mailed in March. This feels great and I hope that extends to you as well. 

After we wrap these, we start on the missing October packages and missing T-Shirts (these will trickle out over time, sorry they always take forever as we do not stock them regularly here). Death Valley Kickstarter Payment Calculator

If you were having trouble determining your total for Death Valley, a handful of wonderful supporters brainstormed and came up with a way to make a calculator. Ericshead on Discord put this one together and it's working pretty nicely. We'll fancy it up some more for next time, but you might be able to confirm your pledge amount if you were unsure. We hope to use these going forward as well.

Just choose the reward level you want, your patron level and your region. It'll show the $1 base payment that kickstarter requires, and the additional amount needed to pay. Also, keep in mind if you want any Kickstarter add-ons, just choose them separately in checkout. They will automatically add to the total. 

The Final Light-Year PNP

A few quick notes.
1) The QR link is not active and I hope to activate it when I get home today.
2) There is a cube card in the PNP (and physical version), these are the cubes that you can cut up and use in the game. But it's much easier to use real cubes if you have them. Or anything about that size that's available at your house. My personal preference is 1x1 lego bricks as they are almost the exact same size.

 
But if you don't have them and want a set of cubes, we setup a set at The Game Crafter. They are $6.99 plus shipping, and we are not really taking any profit on there. We will also setup a sweet box that can hold the entire year's content, but it won't be ready for a week. So if you want both and to save on shipping, hang tight for a few days.

If you don't know anything about The Final Light-Year, it's a 1-2 player space series where you will take on enemy after enemy in the hopes of bulking up your ship and crew and defeating the final boss. It's a variable system, so each month we add new enemies, maps, and more and you can mix and match any set to play. With the starter and the first month, you'll have a few options to mix it up already, and it expands quickly from there.
