Hi Jackson! So excited for all the new videos you talked about in your newsletter (Barry! Severance!). I’ve been thinking We Are Lady Parts (my favorite show of 2021), and one thing I particularly liked about it was the 20-minute episodes. Unless I’m really into a show, I find it hard to get into shows with one-hour/one-hour+ long episodes. I still think this is a cool shift, since prior to streaming, it seems to me that most TV had to fit into the 30 minutes with commercials length. I’m just curious about your thoughts on longer episodes. Are you generally a fan of them? Do they work for some shows but not others? Thanks so much for your answer! :)

I think you nailed most of the reservations I had about him, leaving out only his penchant for making monsters like Bill Kristol and notorious assholes like John McCain seem like okay guys (edit: listening to the full Dr McClennen interview and you did touch on that there). Looking forward to Part 2. Q: How are you liking Seattle?
