I hope one day to be able to hire someone! Especially for editing π For the last year or so it's just been me (Kat) running things behind the scenes as our friend (Gremlin) had to focus on her day job. So I have been wearing a many o'hats π«‘ I'm excited to hopefully see the growth of our channel continue though so we can expand the team one day!

Considering itβs a three-person show (you, Paula and the Gremlin), you all deserve to be able to have some of the pressure taken off. Good on you for acknowledging your limits, BTW. Brute-forcing it through the editing, bleary-eyed and miserable, wouldnβt have been healthy, and consistently applying that kind of pressure can lead to burnout (which can be debilitating for we neurodivergents). Plus, youβre entitled to bask in some euphoric exhaustion following an event like that. Being a YouTube creator doesnβt (or at least shouldnβt) mean you have to spend every waking moment working.
