Imagine seeing millions of conceivable futures, never knowing which path you’ll end up walking. While it could be useful in a fixed situation, where there are few unique possibilities, it could be completely overwhelming otherwise (as Steven learned). I’m surprised Kat didn’t make reference to the Rick and Morty episode with the death crystal.
