Earlier this year, Emily hosted a panel at ClarkCon entitled "Teenage Superheroes: Beyond Teen Titans".
Emily discussed a number of other teen-focused comics and shows like X-Men: Evolution, Runaways, the original comic runs of both Young Justice and Teen Titans, and more! You'll also find her outline and a PDF of her presentation!

Our Season 1 is complete! What's next? More interviews with cast and crew, more Secret Origins, Season 2 starting in a few weeks, and so much more!
New Backer Reward
Well, it's more of a reward for us.
Whelmed is putting together it's own Team Roster, and that Team will be built by you! We would love for every backer to send us the name of a teenage superhero created by you, a description of their costume (or sketch if you're so inclined), and brief write-up of their powers, origin story, secret (or public) identity, and anything else you think is important. We will be using this information in a future public project, so please keep everything Family Friendly if you want it to be included.

Quarterly Superhero RPG
Our first Quarterly Superhero RPG lottery is coming up next month! If you've been thinking about backing at a level that gets you a chance to join the game, now is the time to move up the Team roster. Once May's donations have cleared, we will collect the entries and draw our winners.
All Quarterly games are designed to be beginner friendly! If you've never played a roleplaying game before, this is a perfect opportunity to find out why Caleb, Neal, and I love the industry so much.

We've also begun inviting special guests on to write content for the Whelmed Archive accessible to those of Gamma level and higher, so look for articles to be linked soon. If you have suggetions of what you'd like to see written up, let us know!
