If this does not correct the issue Patreon requests you reach out to their help center directly with the issue. I don’t know if what I did fixed it or if the timing just worked nicely but here’s what I did: * I changed the tier I was on to a lower one (there’s no charge to do this so you don’t have to pay extra or anything like that). Still didn’t have access to the posts I was supposed to. * Changed back to the tier I wanted to be on (still no charge because I’d already paid for that at the start of the month). I could now access the posts I’m supposed to. It might have reset my account in the background by doing all of that, though why it didn’t seem to work on the first attempt I dunno. Maybe in going to a higher tier, giving me access to more things meant setting everything in that to tier to “accessible” rather than in going to a lower tier and losing access to things? Either way, might be worth it if you’re having troubles and not hearing back from support promptly.
