Also, you missed it, but at 29:23 if you look behind Goldie, you'll see Gyro building the time tub and traveling back to the present. And it's only after he shows up at the end that Scrooge finally realizes that was him all along.

And when we saw that Scrooge was already very rich by the time he met young Duke Baloney in South Africa. Yup, could only be Glomgold.
