Short update/0.5 Walkthrough (Added old WT too!)

I am working on the poll options replacement of the normal "2 person" scene voting we had done in the past as a test. So I have enough ideas to say that each and every idea posted here will be all Patron based, all of these are from all of you! Technically, one of them posted an idea from a post I made on Discord, but I still consider it her idea because I'm not contributing to this one! But, next time, maybe I will add my own ideas too mixed with Patrons! We'll see how this works, and figure out if this is a good way to do polls, or whether to try something else, so this is a test of course! Let me know how you feel about it if you have strong thoughts on it, etc.!
I am sorry if I didn't pick your specific idea, I had a few more than I expected, so resend it next time again and I will try and add it for sure if you specifically say it's the second time you are sending it. (I will prioritize second submissions next time around)
So look for that maybe late tonight or at latest tomorrow for some of your time zones, but for right now, I am attaching the test version of the 0.5 Walkthrough for Karlsson's Gambit. It includes 0.4 as well, the new stuff starts at about page 21. I know it's long and maybe even confusing as technical writing is NOT my strong suit at all, but I tried my best. Remember, anyone can ask me anything and I will try to help as best as I can, I am not trying to hide the ball or anything, but just give real choices for the game!
Like -- not choices where it's just you get three different short dialogue type of choices, but difference scenes! So that drives me a bit in how I create a story.

On this one, not really because of my own fear or anything, but simply that I got enough submissions from Patrons that I feel like I would like them to have their chance on a poll to see their idea voted on/possibly come to life. I feel like I will have plenty of chances to throw ideas out both in the 3 person poll and future polls quite often. :)

I mean people might see an idea you posted here and jump on it to please you, but I think the vast majority of your Patreons will tell you their mind about an idea they don't like. At least I hope they will.

2021-10-21 04:36:08 +0000 UTCDunno, I think the walkthrough was pretty clear, but if someone wants to take it off your hands that is a clearly better option. Gives you more time etc. I've done some walkthroughs for games before and it requires a lot more time and energy than people think. A good technical writer with an engineers mindset would be perfect. I tended to editorialize in my walkthroughs which now, years later, I consider a mistake, but a minor one.

2021-10-20 22:10:05 +0000 UTCPersonally I don't really use walkthroughs, but I find reading your walkthrough quite interesting. So no complaint from my side concerning quality. Main point is really the effort you have to put into writing it. So yeah, if possible try to get somebody to do the writing for you. In an ideal world a good job for a personal assistant. ;)
