Magellan's power level is tricky to measure.... because he has one of those Devil Fruits that can be considered a "Cheat Code", he could theoretically... even take out people like Whitebeard or Shanks if he lands a single solid hit on them, cuz his venom not only kills overtime... it also disables almost all bodily functions very quickly (as we saw with Luffy). He's still a capable fighter without his powers.... but there's no doubt that the reason he's so dangerous is mostly because of his Venom Fruit. It is a very similar case to Hancock with her Love-Love Fruit... which (combined with her incredible beauty) is also a "Cheat Code" Power. But yes.... Magellan could easily be a Warlord if he was a Pirate.... or one of the strongest Vice-Admirals if he was a regular marine instead of a jailer.

2025-11-17 20:34:57 +0000 UTCJinbei is "technically" the correct way to write it based on standard romanization, but there are valid reasons to say Jinbe or Jimbe, because language is art and not science. When in doubt, Japanese is hard and westerners have spent centuries arguing about the best way to write japanese words in english. Jinbe's name is a pun, both on the word jinbeizame (whale shark), and on a piece of men's formalwear called a jinbei (whether Jinbe's outfit qualifies as a jinbei suit is something I've found little consensus on, and I'm no fashion expert)
